The Torre de la Horadada is a town located by the sea, in the municipality of Pilar de la Horadada (22,000 pop.), Province of Alicante Spain, bordering the region of Murcia. A coastal town, which has recently experienced its development through tourism. Its name comes from two factors: first, the watchtower of the sixteenth century and the second, the place where it is located: the Punta de la Horadada.

La Torre de la Horadada has several beaches with blue flag status, including most notably: the Jesuits, El Conde, El Puerto, etc.. The beaches are of fine white sand.
