We have spent many hours listening to our clients wishes regarding our website and it will be launched tonight. It currently is hosted on one domain www.oscarsinha.com but will be replicated to all the websites hosted by this company. The property datasebase has been completely renewed and all property is being fed manually to ensure as much as possible correct info will be entered; this should not take more than a week. However, because there is so much property, if what you need / want is not on our database, please enquire as we will enquire within our internal databases to find what ytou are looking for.
We have now completed negotiations with all the major banks on the south east coast of Spain, including Murcia, Alicante and Almeria and whilst there is much on offer, property that IS selling IS holding it's price.
There are 3 very different types of sales ocurring at present:
1. Bank property: banks currently hold the largest selection of property and also say who gets finance, for what property and how much.
2. Resale property: property, ususally from private individuals, that need to be rid of a mortgage or simply need to release the funds from their property. Banks currently do not finance more than 60% - 70% of the purchase value.
3. New developer projects: some developers that did not have financial problems through the crisis have made it though and have started building new developments. There is ususally some finance upto 70% is acceptable.
